Connection method between the SCADA system and the MIS local area network

To achieve resource sharing and reduce redundant construction and investment, our bureau's SCADA system and MIS system are connected via a network bridge machine. 1 Connection Method To ensure the safe and stable operation of the SCADA system, our bureau's network bridge machine is equipped with two network cards, one connected to the dispatch SCADA network and the other connected to the MIS network. There are two connection methods: The first method is to package the remote control real-time data and information transmitted from the SCADA system according to the TCP/IP protocol, process the received data packets using the SCADA interface forwarding program installed on the network bridge machine, and then send them to the local area network server through the network card connected to the MIS network. Finally, the data enters the Oracle database in the server for use by various functional modules of the MIS system. The second method is to browse the dispatch SCADA system through IE. 2 Maintenance and Query (1) In the "SCADA Interface" interface of the MIS interface, there are four functions: SCADA data interface maintenance, main transformer SCADA property maintenance, real-time SCADA telemetry data, and historical SCADA telemetry data. Among them, the SCADA data interface maintenance and the main transformer SCADA nature maintenance can only be accessed by the dispatching and remote control personnel with a password, and are blocked from other personnel. Other personnel can only access the latter two functional modules to query real-time or historical data. ① SCADA data interface maintenance is used to maintain the correspondence between SCADA data and MIS system data. If the telemetry or remote signaling in a certain plant of the SCADA system is increased, decreased or changed, it is necessary to maintain it in this interface in order to correct it in time in the MIS network, so as to ensure the accuracy of the data. The main transformer SCADA nature maintenance is similar. ② In the real-time SCADA telemetry data, the data of a certain telemetry of a certain plant within 24 hours can be queried. The query results are displayed in two forms, tables and curves, on the same interface. The data is stored once every hour. ③ In the historical SCADA telemetry data, historical data can be queried by entering the start and end dates. The interface is basically the same as the real-time SCADA telemetry data. (2) After the above processing, SCADA information can be seen on the GIS platform. Its interface is similar to that displayed on the dispatching workstation. There is a substation main wiring diagram, and real-time telemetry and telesignaling. The telemetry data is updated every 5 minutes. If the load current of a certain line is greater than the preset warning value, the current value will turn red to indicate a warning. In addition, the load curve of any line or main transformer at any time period can be viewed. At the same time, the system does not have the remote control function of the SCADA system, and it cannot modify the SCADA master station database and various function configurations within the MIS network, which effectively ensures the safety and independence of the SCADA system. (3) In order to facilitate personnel without GIS to understand the real-time situation of SCADA, and to make up for the lack of information on GIS and MIS, the bridge machine is also equipped with the SE-900 system and SE-900WEB publishing system of Nanjing Lidao Company. ①Browsing: When the SE-900 system on the bridge machine is running, other microcomputers in the local area network can open IE, enter the IP address of the bridge machine in the address bar, and then browse the SCADA system in the IE webpage. The interface seen at this point is exactly the same as that seen on the SCADA workstation. It displays real-time data and wiring diagrams for each substation, as well as the overall load curve and power flow. Historical data, substation reports, and historical circuit breaker remote signaling changes and operational status updates for specific days in each substation's history are also available for querying. The circuit breaker remote control function and the SCADA system database are disabled during browsing to ensure SCADA system security. ② Security: When a computer accesses the SCADA system via Internet Explorer, the network bridge records the computer's IP address, access time, and number of visits. If a virus is detected, its source can be traced promptly. Furthermore, the network bridge also has a virus firewall installed to effectively prevent virus interference. In summary, both connection methods have their advantages. The interface between the MIS network and the SCADA system allows SCADA data to directly enter the MIS database, facilitating the calling and analysis of other MIS functional blocks. From an interface perspective, the SCADA system interface viewed via the web is more refined and complete, and the historical data available for querying is also more comprehensive.
