The FS series integrated bus I/O modules, as Dekwell's star product, have attracted the attention of many customers!
Today, Xiaode's Classroom will explain in detail some common problems encountered when using FS series modules.
1. FS series communication response time?
The signal response time is 5~10ms;
2. What is the maximum drive capability (in watts) of the FS series?
Maximum output current per channel: 0.5A (2A output from 8 channels simultaneously);
3. How to reset the FS series modules?
There is a reset button on the bottom of the Dekwell FS series module. Press and hold it for 5 seconds with a screwdriver, and then its MT light will light up and flash blue once. At this time, you can reinitialize the address and name of our module.
4. How to wire the COM input/output ports of the FS series?
Below is our Dekewell FS series 16-input 16-output Profinet bus module, which is compatible with both high and low input levels and outputs a high level.
As you can see, there are 4 sets of COM ports. Since the module has already connected these 4 sets of COM ports internally, you only need to connect one set.
If a high-level sensor signal line is connected to the input terminal of our module, the COM input terminal should be connected to the negative power supply.
The low-level sensor signal line should be connected to the input terminal of our module, and the COM input terminal should be connected to the positive power supply.
When the module receives a signal from the sensor, it outputs a high level. The output only needs to be connected to the COM terminal with a 24V supply.
