It also uses probes to collect color marks for compensation, ensuring label cutting accuracy and bag length accuracy. It also has functions such as preventing empty bags, preventing material cutting, and automatic film changing.

Fixed length mode for material groove, variable length mode for belt, and fixed length mode for belt.
02. Color Mark Tracking
The color mark position can be detected by the color mark sensor, the color mark deviation can be calculated, and the tool shaft position can be adjusted in real time for tracking.
03. Curve trimming
The servo control of the cutter shaft is electronically cam-controlled, ensuring that the speeds of the cutter shaft and the film feeding shaft remain highly synchronized during the cutting process, thus meeting the high-speed and precise cutting motion requirements of the pillow bag machine.
04. Cutting blade protection
The cutter servo determines whether it has cut the material based on the torque, thus protecting the cutter. If material is cut, it will automatically correct itself in the next cycle. Users can choose whether to stop the machine after cutting.
