The elevator control system is the core of an elevator, determining its operational quality and efficiency. With 28 years of experience in the elevator industry, STEP Electric has always driven elevator control system product development with a focus on "user value," striving for excellence in every complex control and drive algorithm and user experience.
To help users, we have launched a series of mini-lessons, which will introduce the STEP EV control system in stages from multiple dimensions such as debugging, interface, and functional testing. We welcome everyone to watch, learn, and discuss.
In this issue, let's take the Xinshida core control cabinet C7000+ & G9000 as an example to understand the external interface of Xinshida elevator control system.
Elevator control cabinet, control system mainboard and
Motherboard plug-in board interface introduction
01
As the core component of the elevator control cabinet system, the elevator control cabinet mainly includes encoder interfaces, power line interfaces, parameter debugging interfaces, and hoistway component signal interfaces, as shown in the diagram below:

The elevator control cabinet adopts an integrated plug-in board with a plug-in design to prevent incorrect insertion, which greatly saves on-site wiring time and reduces the risk of wiring errors. The plug-in board includes signal and intercom interfaces for shaft components, machine room switch and lighting interfaces, main unit brake interface, communication interface, and multiple reserved spare interface points, as shown in the following diagram:
