Troubleshooting approach: It can be basically determined that the problem is caused by the inconsistency between the network segment of the module's IP address and the computer's IP address, or a problem with the network cable. The possibility of the module being damaged is very small.
Specific operations:
Step 1: Scan using our software that modifies module IPs; you can see here that it cannot be detected.
Step 2: Restore the module to factory settings. After restoring factory settings, power off and restart, then scan again. You will see that its IP address has been cleared.
Step 3: Configure the IP settings in the software, ensuring that the module's network segment matches the computer's network segment.
Here we can see that the computer's network segment is 1, so the module's network segment must also be 1. After the software successfully changes the module's IP address, it can be scanned normally.
