What are the characteristics of each of them?

The blade battery gets its name from its blade-like shape. Because it uses lithium iron phosphate material, which is inherently safer than ternary lithium materials, it already has an advantage from a material perspective.

Furthermore, compared to traditional batteries using the same materials, the blade battery's elongated structure provides a larger heat dissipation area, but also results in a longer circuit loop and lower heat generation. In summary, lower heat generation and better heat dissipation significantly reduce the probability of thermal runaway or spontaneous combustion.

The jelly battery is a product of SVOLT Energy, a rising star in the battery industry. It is a gel battery based on cobalt-free cathode and electrolyte materials, boasting excellent conductivity, self-healing properties, and flame retardancy. It prevents heat diffusion without compromising electrical performance.

According to the official statement, the jelly battery can withstand needle penetration and high temperature tests. The results show that the jelly battery can not only withstand a high temperature of 150 degrees Celsius, but also achieves non-flammability, non-smoke, and self-healing. According to Voyah's official introduction, the "three-no" feature is due to three factors: the three-dimensional heat insulation wall design of the battery cells, the battery safety monitoring and early warning model, and the battery PACK design.

The heat insulation wall technology is the core of Voyah's battery's ability to prevent smoke during thermal runaway. Its principle involves using ultra-strong polymer heat-insulating and flame-retardant materials within the battery pack to separate each cell and individually encapsulate it in a three-dimensional manner, much like "amber." Voyah's "three-free battery" is therefore also known as the "amber battery."

In addition to the cell heat insulation wall technology, Voyah also utilizes the BMS cloud-based system for big data analysis and tracking of batteries at the software level. There's also a "cage-type" battery pack solution.
