PCIe 464 Product Overview
The PCIE464 is an EtherCAT bus motion control card based on PCI Express, offering optional 6-64 axis motion control. It supports 8 high-speed digital inputs and 8 high-speed digital outputs, enabling multi-axis synchronous control and high-speed data transmission. It integrates rich motion control functions, including multi-axis point-to-point motion, position latching, linear interpolation, circular interpolation, continuous trajectory small-segment look-ahead control, control of various robot and custom robot algorithms, and multiple PSO controls, meeting diverse industrial application needs.
Zhengdong provides its self-developed IDE-RTSys programming software. The PCIE464 control card supports multiple host computer languages for development, all of which can call the same API function library, making it easy to integrate with existing industrial control systems. This greatly improves the efficiency of engineers in secondary development and accelerates the deployment and application of equipment.
