Yacobes SGS Linkage Control Solution
SGS (Synchronized Galvo and Stage) is a laser galvanometer and platform linkage control solution based on EtherCAT industrial Ethernet.
By overcoming the limitations of the scanning field of view of the galvanometer, continuous scanning processing of large-scale processing graphics can be performed, eliminating splicing errors. Continuous and uninterrupted scanning can significantly improve the overall processing efficiency of the machine.
The controller supports up to 32 motion axes, dual-channel galvanometer and laser control, and has rich external interfaces, which can be expanded to include EtherCAT slave devices.

The galvanometer is linked to the platform, eliminating splicing errors during processing and improving processing accuracy.
The independently developed graphic trajectory planning algorithm decomposes the data according to the frequency of the processed graphic trajectory points, with the high-frequency part executed by the galvanometer and the low-frequency part executed by the platform, thereby improving processing efficiency;
The SGS solution utilizes the high-speed response characteristics of the galvanometer to feed back the platform's position to the galvanometer controller in real time, thereby compensating for the platform's following error.
Customized GUI software enables functions such as motion axis control, galvanometer correction, execution of machining programs, image processing, workpiece positioning, CAD import and drawing, and custom layout.
