1. Before installing robotic automation equipment, you should receive training and certification from the manufacturer to understand the relevant professional knowledge of the product and avoid unexpected situations.
2. Before operating the handling robot, the operator must conduct a preliminary inspection of the equipment, such as whether the equipment can operate normally, whether all power lines are connected correctly, whether there are any obstacles at the work site, and whether any mechanical parts are loose.
3. Check if the oil level in the oil tank is sufficient. If the machine is not in oil after installation, it may cause abnormality or damage to the cylinder, or even cause the entire palletizer to malfunction.
4. When handling the robot, pay attention to its posture to ensure that its center of gravity does not change; use lifting eye bolts and designated transport equipment for transport, and handle it gently to avoid strong collisions between the robot's lower surface and the ground.
5. Do not use any means other than the designated transportation equipment and methods for transportation.
6. When using a forklift, secure the robot in the pallet with a valve, push the forklift forks into the pallet, and move it; the movement should be done at a low speed.
7. Do not lean against the robot during transport operations.
