A spray painting robot, also known as a paint spraying robot, is an industrial robot capable of automatically spraying paint or other coatings. A spray painting robot mainly consists of the robot body, a computer, and a corresponding control system. 7. For corners in the motion trajectory, the arc filtering function can be used. At the end of a straight line, there is no need to stop; the motion can be directly filtered to the next line without stopping the speed. This improves efficiency and reduces start-stop shock.
8. Spray gun triggers can be added to the movement trajectory at will, and spray gun switches can be added at the spraying positions according to product needs, reducing paint waste.
