Today, Xiaode will introduce how to configure communication using the DEKW Modbus TCP EX-1130 module in CODESYS software.

2. Hardware Configuration
3. I/O Module Address Description
When reading or writing registers, the register address changes as the module's location changes. The following examples illustrate how, with the same number of modules, two different module orders will result in different register addresses.

4. New Projects and Configuration
After creating a new project, configure Modbus TCP in the project tree and configure parameters such as the Modbus TCP slave IP address (the EX-1130 adapter IP address used in this case is 192.168.1.10).
Configure the Modbus TCP slave channel.
Modbus TCP slave I/O mapping.
After downloading and running the program to the controller, its status can be controlled and monitored.
5. Bus error output settings
The output I/O module status can be configured to be turned off or kept at the last value of the program when the bus communication is abnormal (the default is to turn off the output).
02. Supported function codes
The EX-1130 supports standard Modbus TCP function codes.
