Doco Robotics primarily includes four types of collaborative robots: the G series, the flagship GCR series, the explosion-proof series, and the DSCR series dual-arm robots, as well as the B-type, T-type, and L-type composite robots, which are widely used in various industries and fields.

DUCO Collaborative Robots:

type

GCR Series Flagship Edition Doco® Collaborative Robot

Including six high-end general-purpose collaborative robot products: GCR20-1100, GCR16-960, GCR14-1400, GCR10-1300, GCR5-910 and GCR3-620, their significant advantages in load capacity and working radius enable them to adapt to a wider range of application needs, while also possessing collaborative robot characteristics such as safety, ease of operation, rapid deployment, and low power consumption.

G-Series Doco® Collaborative Robots

This series includes general-purpose 6-axis collaborative robot products such as GCR30-1100, GCR25-1800, GCR20-1400, GCR16-2000, GCR16-960, GCR12-1300, GCR10-1300, GCR7-910, GCR5-910 and GCR3-618. Their significant advantages in load capacity and working radius enable them to adapt to a wider range of application needs, while also possessing collaborative robot characteristics such as safety, ease of operation, rapid deployment and low power consumption.

Explosion-proof series Doco® collaborative robots

This series includes four explosion-proof collaborative robot products: GCR13-1300-Ex, GCR16-2000-Ex, GCR20-1400-Ex, and GCR25-1800-Ex. Serving as a protective barrier for frontline high-risk personnel, these robots can replace frontline workers in various flammable, explosive, toxic, hazardous, high-temperature, and high-pressure environments, such as those found in oil, natural gas, and chemical industries. Furthermore, their significant advantages in payload and working radius allow them to adapt to a wider range of application needs, while also possessing the collaborative robot characteristics of safety, ease of operation, rapid deployment, and low power consumption.

DSCR series dual-arm collaborative robots

The DSCR3 and DSCR5 dual-arm collaborative robots feature a 6KG payload and a 1200mm working area for the DSCR3, and a 10KG payload and a 1600mm working area for the DSCR5. They are characterized by high flexibility, safety, and rapid configuration, and possess real-time depth information and 3D reconstruction capabilities. They provide users with fast, safe, flexible, precise, and efficient complete assembly solutions for tasks such as turning and positioning, offering greater integration and flexibility, and providing users with a more free and open development environment.

Highlights of Dual-Arm Collaborative Robot Technology

Intelligent: Integrates two SCR collaborative robots, with both arms working in tandem, head vision-assisted positioning, and the ability to quickly switch between work scenarios.

Safety: Equipped with collision detection, effectively reducing accidental injuries, providing dual protection through active and passive safety features.

Easy to use: Drag-and-drop teaching programming, low learning curve, easy to operate, integrated design, built-in control cabinet, beautiful and compact.

Application areas:

Widely used in the automotive, 3C, pharmaceutical, and metal processing industries, it is suitable for tasks such as precision assembly, inspection and sorting, screwing, gluing and sealing, palletizing and handling, polishing, and automatic welding.

Mobile collaborative robots:

The B-series, T-series, and L-series composite robots integrate independently developed mobile platforms and collaborative robots. They can be equipped with independently developed vision and gripper execution units to achieve functions such as material handling, assembly, inspection, and precision machining. They support hybrid navigation using natural contours, lasers, and QR codes, and feature automatic battery swapping for uninterrupted 24/7 operation.

Application areas:

It is also widely used in industries such as automotive, 3C (computers, communications, and consumer electronics), pharmaceuticals, and metal processing, as well as food and pharmaceuticals, apparel and textiles, and is suitable for smart factory integration applications.

These types and application areas of DOC Robots demonstrate their wide application and important role in automation and intelligent manufacturing.
