FC 360 Standard Flux Vector Control Mode Software Activation Method and Steps

The newly upgraded FC 360 boasts a wealth of software features, maximizing uptime and increasing reliability. Its built-in standard flux vector control mode effectively enhances dynamic performance, benefiting various applications such as torque control, boosting functions, and PM motor closed-loop control. This comprehensively improves its control capabilities and greatly expands its application areas.

The standard flux vector control mode is implemented in a factory-activated mode. Entering the authorization number will activate and allow you to use this function. The activation method and steps are detailed below:

Parameters can be queried via LCP:

• 15-46 Inverter Part Number (PN)

◀Enter the authorization number via MCT 10 ▶

01. Connect the MCT 10 to the frequency converter.

02. Confirm the PN and SN numbers of the frequency converter.

03. Activate via parameter P3057

• Before the standard flux vector control mode is activated, reading the parameters of 3056 should display "NULL", as shown in the figure below.

• Write the obtained license to the drive via Par.3057, as shown in the figure below, by entering EZ2W-ZQS3-E8CN-9DAM.

• After entering the correct license, press Enter. You can then check if the standard flux vector control mode is activated by reading the value of Par.3056[0]. If Par.3056[0] displays "FluxControl", then activation is successful. After successful activation, the result shown in the figure below will be displayed.

• After successful input, execute powercycle. The first power-on will take a slightly longer time.

• Read Par.3056 and Par.3057, as shown in the figure below.

Note: Par.3057 will be empty after power-on. Do not use this parameter to determine whether it is activated.

◀Important Notes▶

Save the authorization information. If the frequency converter is damaged or the control card is replaced in the future, you will need to re-enter the authorization number to restore the activation state of the standard flux vector control mode.
