These regulations, along with other related rules, have prepared in advance for the future disposal, recycling, and reuse of power lithium batteries. At least, we can glean some insights from these policies and regulations.

Regarding the recycling of power lithium batteries, the principle of "whoever produces them is responsible for recycling" applies. This means that when batteries are scrapped, the manufacturers are responsible for recycling them. Due to their advanced manufacturing processes, scrapped power lithium batteries still maintain high safety and electrical performance even after being scrapped. After recycling, the battery's capacity is checked. If the battery has not completely reached the standard for scrapping, it is used for other purposes, such as energy storage.

Secondly, once the recycled batteries have been inspected and found to be completely unusable, the relevant recycling companies will dismantle them and then recycle them. However, as time goes by, there are more and more reasonable battery recycling methods. If power batteries are not disposed of properly after retirement, they will not only have an impact on the environment, but also pose safety hazards due to their properties and structure, and will also waste resources.
