Version 2.3.0 is now available.
Sysctrl Studio is a programming software for Hechuan M-series controllers. It is a domestically developed programming platform that integrates logic programming, hardware configuration, motion control, and online monitoring. It supports three programming languages (LD, ST, and C/C++), conforms to the IEC61131-3 standard, and follows the PLCopen2.0 standard, providing users with a high-quality experience.
Based on user feedback and requests, we have continuously modified and tested the software's features, and now officially release Sysctrl Studio V2.3.0!

01. New Models
Features
This update adds the M100 and M200 series models, bringing the total software support for the M100, M200, M300, M500S, and M500 series models.
02. Added encoder expansion card
Features
The M500 series main unit now features an AB phase differential encoder expansion card, which supports differential encoder input.
03. Optimize language tools
Features
• The software supports switching between Chinese and English versions.
04. Chinese Software Help
Features
• Added Chinese software help
The software help section now includes instruction descriptions and software configuration information.
① Open the help manual using the shortcut key F1 or by clicking [Help] in the menu bar > Help Directory.
② Select the command >> Press the [shortcut key F1] and the help manual will directly display the relevant description of the selected command.

08. Add device search function
Features
• Save time by locating the device you want to add by searching keywords.
When adding CANopen, EtherCAT slaves, or right-side expansion modules, as shown in the red box in the image below, a search input box is added to the 【Add Device】 serial port. Enter keywords to search for the corresponding device.
09. Ethernet Broadcast Search
Features
• Allows configuration of Ethernet MAC address, port name, and password: enables quick identification of PLCs on the network.
① When searching for Ethernet broadcasts, display the MAC address of the Ethernet device.
② After clicking Settings, you can set the Ethernet port name in the pop-up 【Ethernet Settings】 window.
③ Set an Ethernet password.
10. Device Usage List
Features
• Added a new "Device Usage List" to display the devices used in the project: quickly view address resource usage.
① The equipment usage list can display the equipment currently used in the project.
② Clicking on the device in the list will update the device's position in the project in the usage location on the right.
③ Click on the location displayed in the device to directly locate the corresponding device in the project.
11. Ladder Diagram Component Annotations
Features
• Add component annotation display to ladder diagrams
When you get close to a component, display the corresponding annotation for that component.
12. Library import function
Features
• Different model library files can be imported between each other.
• Library files are divided into M500 series and non-M500 series.
• Library file export naming is generally set to [Library ID + Available Series + Release Version] by default.
For example, when generating a user library, if the project controller is selected as M511S, the exported library file will be named by default as [Library ID + M100-M200-M300-M500S + Release Version], which is used in controller projects that are not part of the M500 series.
When generating the user library, select M511 as the project controller. The exported library file will be named by default as [Library ID + M500 + Release Version], which is used in M500 series controller projects.
13. Function block EN
Features
• When an added function block (FB) does not include EN, the default value of EN is true (TRUE): This simplifies user programming and improves efficiency.
Version Comparison
The comparison reveals that the new software allows users to omit EN when adding function block TON, and the default value is TRUE, simplifying the programming of function blocks.

Features
The EtherCAT slave and CANopen slave devices included in the software can be uninstalled and installed.
Click on the menu bar 【Tools】>>【Device Management】 to bring up the 【Device Management】 window shown in the image below. As shown in the red box in the image below, the EtherCAT slave and CANopen slave devices that come with the software can be uninstalled and installed.
