The EM730 series frequency converter is a high-reliability, small-size general-purpose frequency converter launched by ZhengXin Electric: the EM730 supports three-phase AC asynchronous motors, and the EM730 permanent magnet non-standard version supports permanent magnet synchronous motors; it supports multiple drive control technologies: vector VF control technology (VVF) and sensorless vector control technology (SVC); it supports both speed and torque output forms, and supports Wi-Fi access and background software debugging functions.

01 High-frequency pulse input function

The high-frequency pulse input function of the frequency converter receives external pulse signals through specific input terminals. Then, the internal circuit system of the frequency converter detects and analyzes the parameters such as frequency, duty cycle, and pulse number of these pulse signals, and converts them into corresponding control commands according to preset logic to control or monitor the operating parameters such as motor speed and direction.

Normally, the frequency of the pulse signal has a certain proportional relationship with the motor speed or the output frequency of the frequency converter. By changing the frequency of the pulse signal, the running speed of the motor can be precisely adjusted.

02 Torque Mode Setting

Torque mode regulates the motor's operating state by controlling its torque. In this mode, the inverter's primary objective is to drive the motor according to a set torque value, rather than primarily controlling the motor's speed as in speed mode.
