Doco® collaborative robots mainly include the GCR series, explosion-proof series, SCR series, DSCR series, and mobile collaborative robot series.

The GCR series includes general-purpose six-axis collaborative robots such as GCR14-1400, GCR10-2000, GCR10-1300, GCR30-1100, GCR25-1800, GCR20-1400, GCR16-2000, GCR16-960, GCR12-1300, GCR10-1300, GCR7-910, GCR5-910, and GCR3-618. These robots have working radii ranging from 618 to 2000 mm and payload capacities from 3 to 30 kg, making them suitable for a wider range of applications. They also feature collaborative robot characteristics such as safety, ease of operation, rapid deployment, and low power consumption.

The explosion-proof series includes GCR10-1300-Ex, GCR16-2000-Ex, GCR20-1400-Ex and GCR25-1800-Ex, with multiple explosion-proof designs. It can work normally at an ambient temperature of 50℃ and is suitable for flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful, high temperature and high pressure environments such as oil, natural gas and chemical industries.

Mobile collaborative robots, including B-type, T-type, and L-type models, can be equipped with self-developed vision and gripper execution units to perform functions such as material handling, assembly, inspection, and precision machining. They feature multiple safety protection measures, support hybrid navigation using natural contours, lasers, and QR codes, and support contact/wireless/automatic battery swapping methods, enabling uninterrupted 24/7 operation.

The SCR series includes the SCR3 and SCR5, ultra-high precision seven-DOF lightweight collaborative robots with functions such as rapid configuration, drag-and-drop teaching, and collision detection. They are suitable for flexible production lines with compact layouts and high precision, meeting the needs of industrial operations such as precision assembly, product packaging, grinding, inspection, and machine tool loading and unloading.

The DSCR dual-arm collaborative robot series, including the DSCR3 and DSCR5, features high flexibility, safety, and rapid configuration, and is equipped with real-time depth information and 3D reconstruction capabilities. It provides users with fast, safe, flexible, precise, and efficient complete assembly solutions for tasks such as turning and positioning, offering greater integration and flexibility, and providing users with a more free and open development environment.

Multi-functional collaborative robots are widely used in industries such as automotive, 3C and semiconductor, education and innovation, healthcare, food and pharmaceutical, and apparel and textiles.
