The first digit "6" indicates that the equipment is completely dustproof, effectively resisting the intrusion of dust; while the second digit "8" indicates that the equipment can be continuously submerged in water depths exceeding 1 meter, ensuring that it can continue to operate normally during prolonged underwater work.

[IP68 Test]
To verify the protective performance of this DDR motor, Yacobes conducted rigorous waterproof and dustproof tests (referencing standard GB/T4208-2017).
In the waterproof test, the sample was submerged in 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes. The test results showed that the sample's appearance did not change significantly, and the motor ran continuously throughout the test, indicating that it has good waterproof performance.
In the dustproof test, engineers use a metal square-hole sieve with a diameter of 75μm to evenly introduce talc powder into the test environment. The sample is placed inside the test chamber, and the internal pressure is maintained below atmospheric pressure by a vacuum pump.
The experiment lasted for 8 hours, with the motor running continuously. Test results showed no significant changes in the sample's appearance, and the motor did not stop rotating. This series of rigorous tests fully demonstrates the superior performance of the newly developed direct-drive rotary motor in harsh environments.
