ZMC432M Series Product Introduction
The ZMC432M series multi-axis motion controller is an EtherCAT bus-based vertical modular motion controller. With its superior motion control performance, it can smoothly complete control tasks such as point-to-point motion, electronic cams, linear motion, circular interpolation, continuous trajectory machining, laser PWM, and robotic arms. Furthermore, to better meet customer needs, this controller features a newly added expansion interface, enabling customers to quickly expand its resources.
The ZMC432M series multi-axis motion controller features a built-in compensation algorithm, making high-precision, high-speed motion control effortless. Its EtherCAT minimum communication cycle is as low as 125µs, providing users with an efficient and stable control experience.
1. Supports 8-32 axis motion control, with a minimum EtherCAT communication cycle of 125µs;
2. Onboard RS232, RS485, CAN, EtherNet, EtherCAT, and UDISK hardware interfaces;
3. Onboard 16 DI interfaces, including 4 high-speed color mark latches and 4 single-ended encoders. The input ports can be expanded to a maximum of 4096 channels;
4. Onboard 16 DO interfaces, including 8 high-speed single-ended pulse axes, 4 sets of high-speed PWM, and 4 sets of high-speed hardware compare outputs. The output ports can be expanded to a maximum of 4096 channels;

The ZMC432M motion controller, paired with the ZMIO310 expansion module, allows for easy I/O expansion in just three steps: "alignment," "pressing," and "locking."
02. Supports power-off storage
The ZMC432M series motion controller has a built-in power-off memory function, which ensures that critical data will not be lost when the control system experiences a power outage or restart, thus improving system reliability.
03. The device is equipped with a RUN/STOP switch, comprehensively enhancing security.
The DIP switch allows for quick switching between RUN and STOP modes. Switching to STOP mode during program updates facilitates troubleshooting and debugging by technical personnel.

The ZMC432M controller supports two input types. No additional third-party conversion devices are required; simply changing the connection of two leads allows for NPN/PNP input type conversion, helping users reduce costs and increase efficiency.
