1. Introduction
Fishing net machines are primarily used for producing fishing nets. Their emergence has replaced traditional hand-weaving, which is labor-intensive, resource-intensive, and inefficient. The mass production capabilities of fishing net machines have attracted many entrepreneurs to join the industry, as the high demand for fishing nets spurred the inevitable development of these machines. A single fishing net machine, operating 24 hours a day, can produce dozens, even hundreds, of times more nets than hand-weaving.
2. Working principle
The main unit of the fishing net machine is controlled by a frequency converter, while the warp feeding and net reeling are driven by servo drives. An encoder is installed on the main unit. The entire machine's cycle time is controlled by the phase of the main unit's operation, with the warp feeding and net reeling connected via cams, performing corresponding actions in the appropriate phases. Warp feeding is based on the set mesh size. Due to potential slippage, the amount of warp feeding needs dynamic adjustment. The compensation amount for warp feeding is dynamically calculated based on the deviation of the pressure bar, and the warp feeding amount is adjusted accordingly.

EtherCAT bus:
Up to 16 axes can be controlled simultaneously via EtherCAT bus using an ME PLC.
Electronic Cam:
A cam-like structure, consisting of a main spindle, a feed wire, and a wire winding mechanism, enables multi-axis synchronous control to complete the wire weaving process.
5. Advantages of the solution

The encoder is an absolute Gray code encoder for the cam spindle, which is convenient to use, stable and reliable, and requires minimal mechanical modification to the equipment.

Reverse function
During the operation and shutdown of the fishing net machine, the main shaft may slip backward. When the machine resumes operation, the section that slipped backward, which is used for feeding the yarn and winding the net, will not move.

Dynamic compensation
The equipment can automatically perform dynamic compensation, which can make up for slippage errors during the operation of mechanical equipment and greatly improve the production accuracy of the equipment.

Cam generation function
The operation transmission curve can be easily changed. By changing the corresponding motion parameters, different motion transmission curves can be achieved, enabling convenient switching between various mesh sizes.
