Battery capacity is expressed in "mAH (milliampere-hours)". For example, if a battery is labeled 3000mAh, and it is discharged at a current of 3000mA (3A) and takes one hour to discharge completely, the battery's discharge rate is 1C. If it is discharged at a current of 6A, it is 2C.
The "S" marking on a battery indicates series connection, and "P" indicates parallel connection. Batteries are connected in series to increase voltage and in parallel to increase discharge current.
For example, a 3S4P battery pack consisting of 2100mAh lithium-ion batteries means that the battery is composed of 12 lithium-ion batteries, with the voltage being 3 times that of a single battery and the discharge current being 4 times that of a single battery.
Therefore, if the maximum discharge rate of this battery pack is 6C, it means that it is a lithium-ion battery pack with a voltage of 10.8V (3*3.6) and a maximum discharge current of 5.4A.
(2100mAh*6C*4P=2.1A*6*4=5.4A)

The most important point is that the minimum discharge voltage of lithium-ion batteries is generally around 3.7V, while chargers are generally marked with a maximum charging limit voltage of around 4.2V.
The most damaging thing to lithium-ion batteries is overcharging and over-discharging. Overcharging and over-discharging will reduce the battery's lifespan. Lithium-ion batteries can basically only be used for 500 cycles, which means they will not last more than 3 or 4 years.
