1. Do not use lithium-ion batteries in low-temperature environments.
When the temperature is below 0℃, do not charge outdoors; it won't charge. You can bring the battery indoors to charge. When the temperature drops below -20℃, the battery will automatically enter a dormant state and cannot be used normally. Therefore, for scooter riders in particularly cold northern regions, in a few days you can remove the F0 battery and use it directly as a power bank. Don't even think about riding your scooter out in the snow!
2. Develop the habit of charging whenever needed.
In winter, when the battery is low, we should charge it promptly and develop the habit of charging whenever we need it. Remember, never estimate the battery life in winter based on the normal battery life.
3. Do not leave the charging area unattended while charging, and remember not to charge for extended periods.
For fast-charging products, the charging time is generally around 1.5 to 3 hours. Do not leave the vehicle in the charging state for extended periods for convenience; simply unplug it once fully charged. In winter, the charging environment should not be below 0°C. Do not leave the charging area too far away while charging to prevent any unexpected situations and ensure prompt handling.
4. Please use the original charger when charging.
The market is flooded with substandard chargers. Using inferior chargers can damage batteries and even cause fires. If your charger is not working properly, it is recommended to contact the official manufacturer and purchase a genuine charger to ensure charging quality.
5. Pay attention to battery life and replace it when necessary.
Lithium-ion batteries all have a lifespan, and the lifespan varies depending on the specifications and models. In addition, improper daily use can cause the battery life to range from a few months to three years. If your scooter or balance bike experiences a power outage or abnormally short battery life, or cannot be charged or discharged, please contact the official manufacturer in time to replace the battery.
