For example, penalize companies that fail to fulfill their responsibilities and obligations in accordance with recycling policies, subsidize battery recycling companies and battery reuse companies based on the number of battery sets and capacity, implement tax incentives, and ensure the economic viability of recycling and reuse companies; for consumers, a system of deposits and rewards can be adopted to cultivate consumers' awareness of power lithium battery recycling.

Fourth, we encourage pilot projects and the widespread application of innovative business models.

Actively innovate business models and, after accumulating relevant experience, replicate circular economy development models with promotional value. Implement the construction of a recycling and reuse system for power lithium-ion batteries, and utilize subsidy mechanisms and preferential policies to enhance the enthusiasm of companies and consumers. However, prevent speculative companies from entering the industry solely for subsidies, thus forming a fair and healthy competition mechanism conducive to the healthy development of the industry.
