1. SL1053
The SL1053 is a linear lithium-ion battery chip designed specifically for high-precision linear lithium-ion battery chargers, making it ideal for low-cost, portable chargers.
The SL1053 linear lithium-ion battery charging chip integrates high-precision pre-charging, constant current charging, constant voltage charging, battery status testing, temperature monitoring, low leakage at the end of charging, and charging status indication. It can be widely used in PDAs, mobile phones, handheld devices and other fields.
2. TP4056
The TP4056 is a complete single-cell lithium-ion battery linear charger employing constant current/constant voltage. Its SOP8 package with a heatsink on the bottom and a small number of external components make the TP4056 ideal for portable use. The TP4056 can operate with both USB power and adapter power.
Thanks to its internal PMOSFET architecture and reverse charging protection circuitry, no external isolation diode is required. Thermal feedback automatically adjusts the charging current to limit chip temperature under high-power operation or high ambient temperature conditions. The charging voltage is fixed at 4.2V, while the charging current can be externally set via a resistor. The TP4056 automatically terminates the charging cycle when the charging current drops to 1/10 of the set value after reaching the final float voltage.

The chip incorporates multiple testing and protection functions, including voltage, current, and temperature monitoring. Voltage and current parameters can be set and adjusted via the I2C interface, ensuring the safety of lithium-ion battery charging.
