Abstract: Based on the concept of deterministic equivalent control, an adaptive feedback linearization control scheme is proposed for AC servo systems. Theoretical derivation and computer simulation both prove that this scheme has strong robustness to parameters and practical application value. In particular, achieving complete or precise linearization of affine nonlinear systems through nonlinear coordinate transformation and nonlinear state feedback has become one of the best schemes for nonlinear control. This paper, based on feedback linearization theory and combined with a practical AC servo system, designs a robust control scheme to handle the uncertainty of parameters in nonlinear systems.
