High-precision and fast synchronization based on H robust controller

Abstract: The non-synchronous transmission in high-speed gantry-moving milling machining center is studied. A cross-coupled controller based on H state feedback is proposed to compensate for the speed loop, enabling it to quickly recover to the synchronous state under unbalanced loads or different disturbances. A linear permanent magnet synchronous motor is used as the drive element to leverage its high-speed dynamic response capability and further achieve rapid synchronization. Simulation results show that this control scheme has strong robustness and small synchronization error in the dynamic process.
