Abstract : Due to the impact of system frequency conversion retrofit, the dynamic performance of injection speed of injection molding machine decreases, and the productivity and yield of frequency conversion hydraulic injection molding machine decrease. By applying the self-learning concept and feedforward control algorithm in the frequency conversion hydraulic injection molding machine system, the performance of the original system is greatly improved, and the application prospects are broad. Introduction In the past decade or so, with the rapid development of the plastics industry in China, the injection molding machinery industry has undergone tremendous changes, moving towards high precision, automation, high speed and efficiency, energy saving, and low noise. Currently, over 90% of the injection molding machines produced by domestic manufacturers use hydraulic transmission and electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, with hydraulic systems equipped with quantitative pumps. This hydraulic system technology is mature and easy to control. However, it also suffers from high power consumption and serious energy waste. With economic development, energy issues are becoming increasingly prominent, and energy saving has become a key research focus for injection molding machine electro-hydraulic systems. After several years of exploration and research, two main energy-saving technologies have emerged for injection molding machine energy saving. One is to use inverter technology to upgrade the hydraulic system of the injection molding machine for energy saving; the other is to use a proportional variable pump system to achieve system energy saving. With the increasing maturity of inverter technology, frequency conversion energy saving can be widely applied to various types of injection molding, suitable for both the energy-saving technology upgrade of old equipment and the development of new models by injection molding machine manufacturers.
