Abstract : This paper mainly introduces the equipment composition and electrical control system of a 1250 slitting line. It utilizes fieldbus technology, 6SE70 inverter vector control, and a common DC bus to improve the overall performance and automation level of the unit. Keywords:Fieldbus , 6SE70 inverter, vector control, common DC bus 1 IntroductionThe 1250 slitting machine is a machine designed to meet the processing requirements of high-precision copper strip, performing copper strip slitting and edge trimming to produce high-precision strip materials. It has certain requirements regarding finished product width deviation, finished product burr height, strip tapering (whole coil) after winding, misalignment, side bending, and surface scratches. Generally, the main process flow is: uncoiling, shearing, tension generation, winding, etc., with intermediate processes including feeding, leveling, shearing the plate head, buffering, guiding, winding up waste edges, slitting, and unloading. During operation, the uncoiler is in automatic feeding mode. The strip material enters the disc shear via the lateral guide mechanism and is sheared into strips. The cut waste edges are simultaneously wound up by the waste edge machine. The strip material passes through the buffer looper pit and enters the tension station. Then, the winding machine neatly winds the strip into a cylinder, and finally, the unloading trolley unloads the coil onto the storage platform.
