Abstract : This paper analyzes the problems of interference, harmonic wave, load matching, and calorification during inverter operation and proposes corresponding solutions. Keywords : inverter; harmonic wave; interference; load; calorification 1 IntroductionSince inverters entered the Chinese market in the 1980s, they have been widely used in just over a decade. Currently, inverters are increasingly favored for their advantages such as intelligence, digitalization, and networking. With the expansion of frequency converter applications, more and more problems have been exposed, mainly including the following: 1) Interference problems; 2) Harmonic problems; 3) Frequency converter load matching problems; 4) Heat generation problems. These problems have attracted the attention of relevant management departments and factories, leading to the formulation of relevant technical standards. For example, regarding harmonic problems, my country passed the "Provisional Regulations on Harmonic Management of Power Systems" in 1984 and the GB/T-14549-93 standard in 1993 to limit harmonic pollution from power supply systems and electrical equipment. This article① (Author: Packaging Section, Kunming Co., Ltd., Shanxi) analyzes these problems and proposes solutions and countermeasures.
