Abstract : As a device used for automated control in industrial production, PLCs, despite their high reliability and strong anti-interference capabilities, can still cause program or calculation errors when the production environment is too harsh, electromagnetic interference is particularly strong, or improper installation and use lead to erroneous inputs and outputs. This can result in equipment malfunction and misoperation, thus failing to guarantee the normal operation of the PLC. To improve the reliability of PLC control systems and effectively enhance their anti-interference performance, this paper discusses the issues that should be considered in enhancing their anti-interference capabilities from the perspective of installation methods. These would bring about equipment being out of control and mistaken action, and then could not ensure that the PLC regularly works. In order to improve the reliability of PLC control system and intensify the anti-interference ability effectively, this paper tried to discuss some problems on how to intensify its anti-interference ability from installation methods. Keywords: PLC; install; distribute; inverter; anti-amming With the widespread adoption of PLCs in industrial control, the variety of products is increasing, with differences in structure, performance, capacity, instruction system, programming methods, and application scenarios. As a device used for automated control in industrial production, PLCs generally require no special measures and can be used directly in industrial environments. However, despite their high reliability and strong anti-interference capabilities, PLCs can still cause program or calculation errors in harsh production environments with strong electromagnetic interference, or improper installation and use. This can lead to erroneous inputs and outputs, causing equipment malfunctions and loss of control, thus compromising the normal operation of the PLC. To improve the reliability of PLC control systems and effectively enhance their anti-interference performance, the following issues should be considered during use: For details, please click: A Brief Discussion on Installation Methods to Enhance PLC Anti-interference Capabilities
