Abstract: This paper introduces a humidity control method for an air conditioning system in a textile factory. The system uses the Taiwan Yangling 16-bit single-chip microcomputer SPMC75F2413A as the core controller. It consists of a frequency converter, transmission mechanism, sensor detection, protection adjustment, and power supply, forming a real-time data acquisition and control system. The system adjusts the frequency converter and motor speed to stabilize pipeline pressure, thereby maintaining a constant humidity in the workshop. Actual field operation shows that the system improves control accuracy and dynamic characteristics, reduces relative humidity fluctuations, and saves energy. The textile production process has strict requirements for relative temperature and humidity. Under different temperature and humidity conditions, the physical and mechanical properties of fibers (such as moisture regain, strength, elongation, softness, and conductivity) will change to varying degrees, directly affecting the production situation of each textile process, and thus affecting the output and quality of semi-finished and finished products. Applying variable frequency speed control technology to air conditioning equipment in textile factories can not only improve processes and reduce energy consumption, but also achieve soft starts, reduce impact, and lower equipment maintenance costs. 2. Variable Frequency Speed Control Principle A variable frequency speed controller achieves smooth, stepless speed regulation of the motor by changing the frequency of the power supply input to the motor. Based on the working principle of an asynchronous motor, the speed expression is...
