Abstract : This paper mainly introduces the automatic controller for demulsifier dosing concentration implemented using SPCE061A MCU. The results show that the use of this microcontroller greatly simplifies the system design and enhances the system's functionality. In the traditional demulsifier dosing process, during the gathering and transportation process, the demulsifier is injected into the oil pipeline using a piston pump. Often, during the injection process throughout the day, the pump injection speed remains constant, making it difficult to achieve the optimal ratio of liquid volume to demulsifier, thus failing to achieve a good demulsification effect.
