New intelligent pressure-boosting water supply

Abstract : This paper introduces a constant pressure automatic water supply device that uses an intelligent pressure-replenishing water supply system to control the output water pressure and adjusts the input control through feedback signals. Due to the adoption of intelligent direct pressure replenishment, it replaces the traditional concept of constant pressure water supply using a secondary water source. The device's dynamic performance is greatly improved, and it is also low in cost and small in size. Keywords: Intelligent; Frequency converter; Pressure-replenishing water supply. Constant pressure automatic water supply devices are widely used in automatic pressurization systems for tap water. Current constant pressure automatic water supply control systems mainly consist of a water tank, water reservoir, frequency converter, controller, and a set of relay contact switches. The entire device is large, expensive, and has poor control performance. The new intelligent pressure-replenishing control analyzes, processes, and memorizes feedback signals through system sensors, and adjusts the control method based on the previous control effect. This control system operates directly connected to the tap water pipeline, making full use of the natural pressure of tap water, and automatically adjusting based on various parameters such as given instructions and operating environment from an energy-saving perspective. During the adjustment process, it achieves self-correction and self-learning functions, thus obtaining optimal operating results. I. System Composition and Control Scheme This new type of intelligent pressure-boosting water supply system mainly consists of a programmable logic controller (PLC), a frequency converter, relay contactors, a sensing system, and dedicated pipelines. The system's control principle is shown in Figure 1. It inputs the given pressure, the pump's outlet pressure, and sensor information parameters from the operation panel into the PLC. The PLC then performs optimization calculations in the intelligent network to control the operating status of the frequency converter and the selection of each pump. The device's panel simultaneously displays the given pressure, the frequency converter's output frequency, and fault indications.
