Abstract : Taking the CK6132 CNC lathe as an example, this paper briefly introduces the electrical design and debugging of the CNC lathe. After the product was delivered and put into use, the processing effect was well received. Keywords : CNC, machine tool, debugging 0 Introduction In recent years, China's manufacturing industry has put forward higher requirements for the automation level and productivity of machining, and the CNCization of machine tools has become an inevitable trend. We have launched two CNC lathe products, CNC320 and CK6132, to meet the market demand. Among them, the CNC320 adopts a frequency conversion analog spindle, while the CK6132 still adopts a mechanical spindle (gear shift speed regulation), and both have selected the GSK980T CNC system produced by Guangzhou CNC Equipment Factory, which has a high cost performance. This paper takes the CK6132 CNC lathe as an example to introduce the electrical design and debugging of the CNC lathe. The configuration and performance requirements of the machine tool are as follows: (1) Spindle: The motor power is 5.5kW, and the manual speed regulation is adopted by gear shift (the CNC320 adopts frequency conversion speed regulation), multi-wedge belt drive, with electromagnetic brake. (1) 1024-line incremental spindle encoder. (2) Feed axis: The feed axis is driven by a stepper motor and transmitted through a precision ball screw and nut pair. No brake. The output torque of the X-axis motor is 8 N·m, and that of the Z-axis is 12 N·m. (3) Auxiliary functions: Automatic cooling, automatic lubrication, working lighting, spindle forward, reverse, stop, and braking. (4) Tool changing function: Equipped with a four-position electric tool post. (5) Compensation function: Automatic backlash compensation for X and Z axes, and 16 sets of tool offset compensation. (6) Communication function: RS-232 serial communication, which can transmit CNC system parameters and machining programs bidirectionally with the computer.
