The application of frequency converters can not only save electricity, but also enhance automation control and improve work efficiency and quality. In factory automation control technology, frequency converters have been widely used to transform traditional industries and accelerate the realization of industrialization, modernization and informatization. When selecting and using frequency converters, one should be familiar with the working principle and usage knowledge of frequency converters. The following matters should be noted when using them. 1 Matters to be noted when installing and using frequency converters (1) The weak current control line should be at least 100mm away from the power supply line and should never be placed in the same wire trough. When the control circuit wiring intersects with the main circuit wiring, it should be at a right angle. (2) The control circuit wiring should use shielded twisted-pair cable with a twist pitch of less than 15mm. This shield should be grounded to prevent interference signals from entering. To prevent mutual interference between multiple signals, it is advisable to use two strands twisted together within the shielded multi-core signal line; or, it is advisable to have an additional layer of shielding for every two strands within the shielded multi-core signal line. When this type of cable is used for the encoder feedback line, the failure rate caused by interference is greatly reduced.
