Abstract : This paper proposes a speed control scheme for distributed multiple motors based on CAN bus and using Lenze vector frequency converters. This scheme is suitable for the special requirements of chemical production processes, where a production line needs to use different types of conveyor belts, the linear speed error between conveyor belts is required to be small, and good dynamic synchronization performance of each conveyor belt is required during acceleration and deceleration. After design and debugging, the system control objectives were achieved, and the operating results met the design requirements. Keywords : CAN bus; Lenze frequency converter; synchronous control; AC motor; coordinated control of multiple asynchronous motors plays an important role in industrial production. Currently, there are two main types of frequency converter control methods: sensorless and speed-sensored. Sensorless methods are inexpensive but have lower accuracy, while speed feedback methods have high accuracy but are complex to set up and expensive. The control system based on the Lenze9326 vector servo inverter (with speed feedback) adopts a CAN bus network structure. The field control unit integrates the functional advantages of fieldbus and regulator, providing powerful control functions and extremely high reliability. It achieves the control objective of small linear speed errors in each section of the production line and dynamic synchronization during acceleration and deceleration. This scheme has high reference value for the design and research of chemical production line control systems. 1 System Speed Regulation Scheme This scheme is applicable to applications with high process requirements, small conveyor belt speed errors, strong production line process continuity, high automation, and high requirements for operational reliability, speed coordination, and stability. Good dynamic synchronization performance is required during acceleration and deceleration. During constant speed operation, the conveyor belt transports continuous sheet materials with near-zero tension. It is particularly suitable for continuous production of textiles and chemical raw materials. The control objective is to minimize tension caused by speed mismatch and prevent the continuous production of sheet materials from breaking due to rapid tension changes.
