The entire equipment consists of a guide section and a winding head section. The winding head section is required to maintain constant linear speed and constant tension winding, and is suitable for winding polyester, polypropylene, nylon POY yarn or industrial yarn. Two frequency converters control the spindles to wind. Photoelectric sensors for speed detection are installed on the driven friction rollers as feedback signals for linear speed. To maintain the required tension, the linear speed is around 4200 m/min, and the linear speed accuracy is required to be within 1‰.
