[Abstract] This paper introduces the structure and control method of the electrical system of the F1603 spinning machine, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and proposes improvements to achieve more reliable operation. Basic Information The F1603 rotor spinning machine is a high-efficiency, high-speed spinning machine produced by our company, capable of spinning 5000-2200 Tex slivers into 100-14.7 Tex yarns. Raw materials include pure cotton, viscose, and blends. The spinning process requires a room temperature of 18-25℃ and a humidity of 60%-70%. In after-sales service, it has been found that many users, limited by production scale and environmental conditions, fail to quickly and correctly judge and handle relatively simple problems, thus affecting the normal operation of textile production and causing losses in manpower and resources. These problems can be summarized as follows: (1) Insufficient understanding of the status of PLC input and output points; (2) Sometimes, the parameters of the TD200 system are mistakenly modified; (3) When adjusting the process, the inverter cannot be started after modifying the inverter data; (4) The inverter often overheats and trips, especially in summer; (5) There are too many operating buttons on the electrical cabinet (the more hardware connection points, the more potential fault points). The goal of the improvement is to replace the hardware with software, put the less frequently used functions such as jogging into the TD200 HMI, reduce the connection points, and improve reliability.
