Abstract : This article mainly introduces the application of Ningmao products in the center take-up system of dyeing and finishing machines. Keywords : TG pneumatic proportional regulating valve tension control 1 Introduction The entire dyeing and finishing machine take-up system is mainly used to achieve a high control ratio for fabric placement and center take-up. This production system is a continuous production process. The fabric setting process involves the following steps: first, fabric loading (in the fabric bucket), fabric sizing, setting, baking and heating, fabric spray cooling, and finally take-up forming. In this process, the following must be completed: starting traction, synchronous control of fabric traction, constant temperature control in the oven, take-up tension control, and pressure control on the take-up surface. 2 Operating Principle of Dyeing and Finishing Machine System The process flow diagram of the dyeing and finishing machine is shown in Figure 1.
