Abstract : This paper first introduces the performance of the OMRON 3G3JV miniature frequency converter, then focuses on its application in several common textile machines. By comparing it with ordinary frequency converters, the advantages of the 3G3JV miniature frequency converter in use are presented. Finally, the application prospects of OMRON frequency converters in textile machinery are discussed. Almost without exception, most newly developed textile machinery products use AC asynchronous motor variable frequency speed control devices, including cotton opening and cleaning machines, carding machines, sliver lap machines, combing machines, drawing frames, roving frames, spinning frames, and looms. For weaving machines, there are sizing machines, warping machines, etc. In addition, AC variable frequency speed controllers are widely used in knitting machines, nonwoven fabric, chemical fiber machinery, and dyeing and printing machinery. This article mainly introduces the application of Omron's 3G3JV series small frequency converters in knitting machines, roving frames, spinning frames, and sizing machines. 2 3G3JV Small Frequency Converter Omron's 3G3JV series small frequency converters have a compact structure and can achieve many complex functions with simple operation. The main features are: (1) The adjustment knob on the front is easy to operate and can change the speed. (2) Easy to install, simple to operate, and widely used, it can achieve effective control of the motor. (3) The speed can be adjusted by simple operation. The speed can be easily adjusted by the adjustment knob on the front. After the power is turned on, it can run immediately. (4) Multiple functions are concentrated in a small body. It can achieve multi-speed operation with a maximum of 8 speeds, plus jogging operation (maximum 9 speeds) and UP/DOWN operation lights. It can achieve multiple speeds. In addition, it includes various convenient functions such as slip compensation function, over-torque output function, and speed search function. The most prominent advantage of the 3G3JV series small frequency converter is the multi-function input and output contacts, which introduce the advantages of multi-function frequency converters, making the control method simpler and more complete.
