Abstract : This paper analyzes the electrical control system of the Brugmann 3200 de-cooking and bleaching combined machine, proposing the use of tension-free synchronous speed regulation for some main drives, fieldbus control for all frequency converters, and a chain-free scheme for tension-free synchronous detection. Keywords : Tension-free, synchronous adjustment, fieldbus 1 Introduction The new Brugmann 3200 de-cooking and bleaching combined machine from the Netherlands uses tension-free synchronous speed regulation for some main drives, fieldbus control for all frequency converters, and a chain-free scheme for tension-free synchronous detection. Temperature, pressure, flow rate, pH value, and recipe are controlled in a closed-loop manner. The machine has a high level of automation and is worth learning from. 2. Control Section The core of the control section is a B&R Programmable Computer Controller (B&R2o05), which connects to a touchscreen monitoring station (Provit2200) via a 422 bus. User commands are input and the overall machine's operating status is monitored here. It also connects to 29 frequency converters via a CAN bus, controlling their frequency, start/stop, and monitoring their operating status. It performs the logic control of the entire equipment and closed-loop control of temperature, pressure, flow rate, pH value, and recipe, as shown in Figure 1. The B&R Programmable Computer Controller (PCC) is a new type of industrial control device integrating computer technology, communication technology, and automatic control technology.
