Abstract: This paper introduces a digital control system for a magnetic force bearing based on the TMS320F2812 DSP. The working principle, hardware design, and software design of the magnetic force bearing are described separately, and an experimental simulation is conducted. The experiment demonstrates that the system possesses high reliability, versatility, and real-time performance. This paper introduces a magnetic force bearing system using digital control to implement complex control algorithms, resulting in significantly improved system performance and easy signal processing. 1. Composition and Working Principle of Active Magnetic Bearing System An active magnetic bearing levitates the rotor through the attraction between an electromagnet and a ferromagnetic material.
