Abstract : This paper uses KingSCADA 6.5 software to design a monitoring system for mine ventilation fans. By using Advantech PCL813 and AI808 to communicate with the computer, the hardware design of the monitoring system is designed. The monitoring system composed of KingSCADA realizes real-time data acquisition and display, historical data query, over-temperature alarm, printing and other functions. The system has the following characteristics: intuitive and simple graphical interface, accurate and reliable data acquisition, and convenient operation. Introduction With the rapid development of computer technology and network communication technology, the application of computers in the field of industrial control is becoming more and more widespread. As the situation on the control site becomes more and more complex, it is required to use a monitoring system software with high safety and reliability and a user-friendly interface [1]. Currently, more and more people are using configuration software for control system design and development, and correspondingly, the demand for configuration software is also diversifying. Users of configuration software for industrial control system design and control can gain the following benefits: 1.
