The technical features of this system are as follows: 1. Realizing periodic synchronous AC sampling, improving system dynamic quality and acquiring deep-degree state information by fully developing hardware resources on the chip and coordinating with a dynamic sampling time algorithm ; 2. Integrating automatic control with online fault diagnosis. Fully utilizing the strong signal processing function of the DSP chip, realizing hierarchical fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant processing in multi-diagnosis method fusion; 3. Double controller standby based on eCAN bus greatly improves system reliability and scalability. Excitation control systems, both domestically and internationally, have evolved from analog control to microcomputer control, with microcomputer control currently dominating. New excitation control systems based on 32-bit DSPs represent the future direction for high-end products. The TMS320F28X series is a 32-bit DSP tailored by TI for control applications. Its features include: (1) rich on-chip control functions with multiple communication interfaces; (2) integration of control and signal processing functions; and (3) high processing speed. This excitation control system fully leverages the characteristics of the F28X, replacing DC sampling with synchronous AC sampling, significantly improving system control quality; replacing single-machine operation with dual-machine hot standby based on the eCAN bus, greatly enhancing system reliability; and creatively integrating online fault diagnosis and automatic control, achieving online fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant processing through the fusion of multiple diagnostic models, greatly simplifying on-site maintenance and improving maintainability, making it highly popular with users.
