Overview Daqing Oilfield's No. 8 Oil Production Plant is a large enterprise with an annual crude oil production of over 1 million tons and an annual natural gas production of over 100 million cubic meters. Like other oil production plants, its production units are dispersed and located far from the headquarters. Plant leaders cannot obtain timely and accurate information about production. Furthermore, the reliance on manual meter reading and reporting leads to significant waste of human and material resources and considerable errors. The Daqing Oilfield No. 8 Oil Production Plant's production data acquisition platform establishes a company-level production data management information system to strengthen the management of production data, making the data collection and processing more scientific and rational, enabling timely data analysis and sharing, generating necessary production information, and enhancing the automation of the production management process. This allows for the timely generation and release of production and management information, thereby facilitating the formulation of a scientific and rational development strategy for the company's production and operation. System Implementation The Daqing Oilfield No. 8 Oil Production Data Acquisition Platform can be functionally divided into three levels: team-level (including metering stations, transfer stations, and joint stations) production data acquisition, storage, transmission, and display; mine-level production data aggregation, statistics, and display; and plant-level production data aggregation, statistics, and display. Production information is published in web page format, and managers can view it remotely via Internet Explorer. System ArchitectureHardware Configuration The system is divided into four layers. The bottom layer is the controller, followed by data acquisition units, the central server, and client machines. 2. Software StructureFeatures 1. Data Acquisition: Zijingqiao software has rich I/O interfaces, enabling it to connect with various DCS, PLCs, and intelligent instruments through multiple connection methods, such as Ethernet, serial port, and dial-up. It also supports DDE, OPC, and device-specific communication protocols. The Zijingqiao software system supports multiple DCS and PLC systems and has the strongest interface development team in China, with rich experience in developing data interfaces, enabling rapid data interface development. 2. Application Logic Layer: The application logic layer is the core of the entire system, organically combining various application modules. It mainly performs the following functions: Data aggregation, statistics, and analysis: Data aggregation first forms mine-level statistical and analytical results at the mine level, and then generates plant-level statistical and analytical data based on these results. Historical Trend Query: Allows viewing historical data for any time period; multiple points can be displayed on a single chart for easy comparison. Flowchart Display: Graphically displays on-site operating conditions, with animations showing process parameters such as flow rate, liquid level, and temperature. Process Alarm: Performs alarm checks on collected data, generates alarm records, and transmits alarms to the client to notify the user. Reporting System: Processes production data to generate various reports, including real-time data reports, shift reports, daily reports, monthly reports, and annual reports. Customized historical reports are also available, such as those generated by querying time. 3. Application Presentation Layer: The application presentation layer system supports both B/S and C/S architectures, accessible via IE browser or the Zijinqiao client. Comprehensive security management functions ensure authorized access, guaranteeing system security and reliability. 4.
