[Abstract] This paper mainly introduces the implementation mechanism and adopted scheme of the pressure-reducing valve performance test bench. [Keywords] Industrial control computer; position sensor; load sensor; intelligent counter; hydraulic servo system; XY recorder 1 Overview Currently, the hydraulic test benches used in domestic aviation factories are generally manually operated and have limited functions. General aviation hydraulic products are required to withstand harsh conditions (such as high and low temperature environments), necessitating environmental testing. Manual test benches are inconvenient in this situation, being cumbersome and demanding, and lacking precision. Using intelligent test benches can achieve automatic operation of test items, dynamic data acquisition and recording, and remote control, freeing operators from tedious work and harsh environments. Therefore, the development and use of intelligent test benches will be the development direction for similar hydraulic testing equipment. Five hydraulic test benches were developed, including a performance test bench, a sealing test bench, a cleaning oil seal bench, and a thermal cycling test system. These test benches all adopt new technologies and components, and are representative. The design scheme of the pressure-reducing valve performance test bench is introduced below. 2. Equipment Technical Requirements The user requires that the test bench be able to complete all tests for the pressure-reducing valve, including leakage rate checks, static performance tests, dynamic performance tests, tandem braking tests, and life tests. The user also requests that the equipment be highly intelligent and easy to operate, resulting in complex piping. However, the core focus of this equipment is to solve the following two problems: ① Move the valve core at a given speed, measure the relationship between the valve core movement distance and the output pressure, and plot the curve. ② Move the valve core at a given speed, measure the relationship between the operating force applied to the valve core and the output pressure, and plot the curve.
