The JCS-018 vertical machining center is a multi-functional CNC machine tool using the FANCE-BESK 7M system. The 7CM system is a 16-bit microprocessor CNC system, with a central processing unit (CPU) as its core, using a data bus to connect to memory and various interfaces to form a complete CNC system. This article introduces the troubleshooting methods for several faults of the 018 machining center for reference by colleagues. Example 1: Fault phenomenon: Abnormal Y-axis speed, alarms 05#, 07#, and 37#. Fault inspection and analysis: The 05# alarm is caused by an emergency stop, and troubleshooting it is not difficult. For the 07 alarm, it is caused by the speed control unit of any axis being in alarm condition, or by a broken contactor in the motor power line. Consider the following causes: ① Motor overload. ② Overheating of the speed control power transformer. ③ Blown fuse of the speed control power transformer. ④ On the power input terminal block of the control section, the contacts between EMGI N1 and EMGI N2 of terminal block X1 are open. ⑤ On the power input bracket of the control section, the AC 100V fuse (F5) is blown. ⑥ The signal cable connecting the speed control unit and the control section is disconnected or has fallen off the contacts. ⑦ Due to some reason, another servo mechanism alarms, and the contactor (MCC) on the motor power line is disconnected. Analysis suggests that alarms 07# and 05# are both caused by emergency stop measures taken after the y-axis speed is abnormal. Therefore, the focus of the inspection is on alarm 37. Alarm 37 has two causes: ① The servo motor power line is broken. ② The connection between the position detector and the servo motor is loose. JCS-018 Machining Center Fault Repair Full Text Download
