Project Overview: This waste-to-energy incineration plant is the first municipal solid waste incineration power plant in China. With an installed capacity of 3000 kW, it has a peak daily waste processing capacity of 260 tons, achieving the dual goals of "turning waste into treasure" and "resource recovery, volume reduction, and harmless treatment of waste," placing its municipal solid waste treatment technology among the world's most advanced. Project Requirements: The waste-to-energy incineration plant uses a circulating fluidized bed combustion furnace to incinerate municipal solid waste, eliminating the need for sorting and directly pulverizing and burning the waste. It can generate over 70,000 kWh of electricity per day. The 3MW turbine control system of the treatment plant has a large number of control points and requires high reliability. Solution: The turbine control system adopts a small-to-medium-sized DCS system from an American company, and the monitoring software uses the Turingcontrol general-purpose monitoring platform software. Communication between the software and the DCS can be achieved via DDE or OPC. The system consists of the following parts: 1. Steam turbine body system; 2. Steam turbine condensate extraction system; 3. Steam turbine lubrication and oil supply system; 4. Deaerator control system; 5. Desuperheating and pressure reduction system; 6. Steam turbine TST monitoring system . Operation status: After years of in-depth management and equipment technology assimilation, the company has formed a complete and mature waste incineration power plant management model and has achieved a profit of more than 1.5 million yuan.
