Abstract: This paper designs a general hardware scheme for a high-voltage frequency converter measurement and control system based on dual controllers, with industrial practicality as the goal. The system uses an industrial control computer and a waveform card to form a dual-processor structure, serving as the central control unit, and also includes multiple data transmission and conversion modules and an LCD human-machine panel. The design fully utilizes the advantages of both the industrial control computer and FPGA, offering high reliability, fast calculation speed, and practical application suitability. The application design of the industrial control computer and its interfaces, as well as the measurement and control program, in the industrial control computer part of the application design, completed the selection, performance, and usage methods of multi-serial port cards and data acquisition cards, and their application development. These motors are mostly used in loads such as pumps and fans, such as water pumps in waterworks, and blowers and priming pumps in power plants. The large rotational inertia of large motors and the special characteristics of such industrial processes place lower requirements on the dynamic response speed of regulation and the stability of static operation, while placing higher requirements on the reliability of motor operation. The most basic function of a measurement and control system is to measure the controlled parameters (such as current, voltage, temperature, etc.) of the controlled object using sensors. These parameters are then converted into electrical signals by the transmitter unit and transmitted to the control system. The control unit calculates and analyzes this data and, based on the desired control objectives, automatically or manually sends control signals to the controlled object to ensure the normal operation of the controlled equipment.
