Abstract : Taking the electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve-controlled cylinder position control system as the research object, a mathematical model of the hydraulic system is established through detailed analysis of the electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder system. A simulation model of the electro-hydraulic servo control system is constructed and simulated using Simulink, a dynamic simulation tool in Matlab software. Due to the inherent nonlinearity of hydraulic components, it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model, resulting in low simulation efficiency in Simulink. This paper utilizes the respective advantages of AMESim and Matlab/Simulink to establish a joint simulation model for simulation analysis, achieving good results. The research results show that AMESim/Simulink joint simulation more accurately simulates the working state of the actual system. Introduction The servo proportional valve, a new member of electro-hydraulic proportional control technology that has developed in the last 10 years, is actually a further "complementary" fusion of electro-hydraulic proportional technology and electro-hydraulic servo valve. Servo proportional valves (closed-loop proportional valves) have built-in amplifiers and possess various characteristics of servo valves: zero coverage, high precision, and high frequency response. However, their requirements for oil cleanliness are lower than those of servo valves, resulting in higher operational reliability. Most electro-hydraulic servo control systems have good control performance and a certain degree of robustness, and are widely used. The dynamic characteristics of an electro-hydraulic servo system are an important indicator for evaluating the design and debugging level of an electro-hydraulic servo system. An electro-hydraulic servo system consists of an electrical signal processing device and several hydraulic components. The dynamic performance of the components influences and restricts each other, and the nonlinearity inherent in the system itself makes its dynamic performance complex. [2] Therefore, the simulation of electro-hydraulic servo control systems has received increasing attention.
